great does it have the little braket that holds the map sensor on the plenum?

 

It has no brackets.

is the LT4 hot cam computer friendly and if yes will it go in a 1989 350 L98 TPI or will it need mods also looking for the cam to be under .500" lift to use all factory valve train

 

The LT4 cam would require a spring upgrade. I wouldnt trust stock springs at the .505 lift (w/ 1.5 rockers) the cam would produce.
