I'm in SoCal and have a 372 (??) geared rear end with aftermarket "Toms Axles", its posi and has disc brakes.

Car sat a few years and is now back ont the road. With my freshly installed 350 TPI (upgraded from 305), I'm finding its just too much gear for my stock motor. I drive too many Freeway miles and I'd love to trade someone with another posi/disc brake'd axle with someonw who's interested.

I need at least 342 at least. I'd like 324s. At this point, I'd even go back to 273s or(or what ever the lower ratios are) (I gave up a dog leg'd / drum brake axle for this one I got now.

Since you already have the axle you want, why not just buy the gears and have a buddy over to install them with you?

 

Great question, but I dont have any buds whom could do such a deed, LOL...

Plus I'm looking for a trade - cant afford to put any money out at this time. Just putting the feelers out right now.

With a TH700R4, 3K RPM @ 80 MPH via TPI sucks.
