Hooker Shorty Competition Headers
I have a set of hooker Competition shorty headers. They were the black painted headers from summit http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HOK-2460HKR/, i bought them because i needed headers to break in my new engine. They have about 4 miles on them + the 30 min cam break in. I didnt like the black paint since it burnt right off, so i sand blasted them and painted them with the VHT flameproof paint. They look a lot cleaner. Im looking for $100 + shipping. If you have any questions you can email me at camaro334444@yahoo.com or PM me. Thanks and also i have a set of C4 corvette manifolds that were going to be used as turbo headers.

I do, but its not the one from online. I bought it off a member here and either he made it or someone else did.

Sure thing. I live in sunrise right next to the sawgrass mall. Im in the border of plantation and sunrise. Ill sell it at the same price i bought it for which was $90 and if you'd like to pick it up its $90 flat, if you want it shipped ill get a quote but im thinking its going to be pricey because of the size, let me know and ill get a quote. Also the Y has a cutout.

Are the headers still available, and do you think that the edlebrock TES y pipe system could be modified to fit them? I have the whole edlebrock system but cleaning them up, and cutting off the a.i.r. pipes and welding the holes, and blasing and painting.....worth $100 easy!!

Yes i have them, and im not quite sure on that. I no for a fact the hedman y pipe wont work. Most likely they wont work unless you do some mods to the Y.

Re: Hooker Shorty Competition Headers
I am very interested. I'll reply back in an hour or so....I need to check out the fitment. I can have the Edlebrock Y modified, but I'd like to look over the situation in the car for a couple of minutes. Do you have the original box for them? I'm in Texas...shouldn't be to expensive to ship ups......

I dont believe so, i think i used the box for something else. I can get another box, thats not an issue.

Will you take Pay Pal? I don't use it for this kind of exchange very often, but it seems to always work with no hitch.

So, what will be the total? I will have to do the rest of the "arraignments" after while, I have an errand to run that I can't set aside. I'll be back from that in an hour or so, and I'll check in with you then!
