I just pulled the stock rear axle out of my 2000 Camaro Z28. The car's build sticker lists GU6 and G80, so it should be a 3.42:1 limited slip axle. No traction control. Complete with brakes, sway bar, and all. The car had almost 279k miles on it, but the axle wasn't whining or leaking, that I noticed. Asking $175. Located in Allen, TX, just north of Dallas.

3 channel ABS ... no traction control ... 2000 should be a zexel toreson LSD ... judging by the black grease on the center ..I'd assume the pinion seal is leaking ... which they all do ....

if it was ANYWHERE NEAR ME .... I'd be all over it at that price !!

No, sorry, freight cost is too high. FedEx Freight Economy is showing ~$270. uShip suggests a starting bid price of $466!? If you know of a cheaper way to get it there, I'm open to suggestions. It weighs ~215 lbs, without any pallet or crate.

and hawks wants 500-750 for their rear ends ..... but they have a 79% discount account on shipping ... which they are kind enough to pass on to you ... SC to TN is half the price of crossing the Mississippi ...
