MSD distributor, L98 Corvette short block, etc
I have an MSD Pro Billet small cap distributor for an '87 and up Chevrolet V8 (MSD PN 8366). I had one of these in a project car of mine, I decided to put a carb on it and sold the first one. I changed my mind and bought a new one, then I parted out that project and purchased my C4. It has less than an hour of run time on it and was only used to warm up the engine a couple times and load it on a trailer to store it for a bit. Excellent condition.
$195 plus freight
I'm just wrapping up an engine swap in my 1991 Corvette and I have a collection of parts that might be useful to others here. I'm truly not sure of the value of some of these parts so I'm guessing high. If I'm "crazy", just say so. I'd rather sell this stuff than trip over it, so I'm glad to work with you on pricing (you won't offend me).
Stock 1991 Corvette fuel pump. Replaced it with a Racetronix pump. Working condition.
$10 plus freight
1991 Corvette shortblock (117k miles). Ran great when it was removed. Dyno'd 227 RWHP and 316 ft lbs about 3k miles before it was removed. Due to mileage, I'd probably go through it before using it (gaskets, bearings, rings, the usual stuff). It ran well and wasn't smoking or using oil so it seems pretty solid.
$325 OBO (local pick up in Columbus Ohio area only)
Or:
Stock Crank:
$50 OBO (local pick up only)
Stock rods and pistons:
$55 OBO (local pick up only)
Stock 1991 350 roller block (bare):
$225 (Local pickup only)
Factory 1991 TPI roller cam:
$40 OBO plus freight
Factory roller lifters
$40 OBO plus freight
Factory pushrods:
$10 OBO plus freight
Factory harmonic balancer
$10 plus freight
Factory Corvette oil cooler and lines (has one tab that mounted to the oil pan bolt cracked)
$20 OBO plus freight
Stock TPI thermostat housing ('91 Corvette).
$10 OBO plus freight
36 lb/hour injectors. I believe they are Accell injectors. I bought them used, look to be in decent condition.
$85 OBO plus freight.
Pics on request.
Thanks!

Is the harness to change the coil in cap to the external coil?

That's correct. It changes the early coil in cap HEI to the external coil '87 and up style (like the MSD distributor posted above).
It's a complete factory harness that I ordered for the swap (not something home made). I can send pics if you want a better idea, just PM me an email address.
Thanks!

Reduced some prices, updated list and removed sold items.
