I have a rebuilt motor and trans for sale. Motor is a 400 SBC bored .030 (406) . It was recently rebuilt but was never driven on the street. Motor was started up periodically to keep everything fresh. Block is a "509" casting. Bottom end is stock w/ flat top pistons. Compression ratio is approx. 9:1. Heads are stock (882 casting) but were ported and polished and have 1.6 roller rockers. Cam is a Crane Fireball II (290 grind). Specs are .454" lift 110/105 lobe separation and 216 duration @.050. Intake manifold is a Holley Contender dual plane. Carb is a Holley 750 cfm w/ vacuum secondaries and electric choke. Distributor is a billet aluminum HEI with Super Coil. Motor fires right up and runs strong. There is no smoke or leaks.

Trans:

Trans is a rebuilt T-350 w/ B+M shift kit with a 2600 stall converter. Internals are stock. Transmission also has no miles on it.

Can hear motor run and drive.
