I can appreciate your frustration with people backing out, seems to be a common problem here. But it might help anyone on the fence if you post some pictures and a price. I know I've bought stuff that I wasn't planning to based on a good price and good pics. Only you know what a 'reasonable offer' is, the rest of us are left guessing.
