According to the USTI (US Turbo Institute) those turbos are too small for a V8 but the headers are fine. Just sayin'.

 

I was under the impression that theses where great for a TPI. Spool up fast at low rpm and cut out at 5-5500
Will they produce 5-600 HP on a STOCK 350 TPI engine ??
Any input greatly appreciated.

 

I don't know I just want the turbos. My first time too. Just gathering the parts.

 

The turbos are good for mostly stock v8 engine. They will be small for a fully built motor and the motor will fall flat on its face at low rpm.

they are fine for an l98 or mild worked l98 engine , base91 wants somone to buy just the headers so he can buy the turbos. i told him if somone wanted just the headers id sell him the turbos. but i wont split up the package unless the headers are sold

Maybe if I had big boy money but if I had that I could buy fancy new turbos! Or a car that's already fast. Mostly the car is for auto-x and I like the idea of the lighter engine and surprising better cars with mostly second had stuff I've put together myself. I've been collecting all sorts of parts I just need time away form house work to attach them to the car.

 

ive about given up on it , so looks like the turbos r urs , i need to pick up a med flat rate box and see if they fit in it ,

right now i have a large flat rate box at the house and it fits bit bulges the top slightly , not enough they would say anything i dont think

ill have to remove the other turbo from the other header tomorrow and let u know how i can ship them but basically its going to be either

both in a large box for 17.xx
1 each in a large box for 17.xx each box
1 each in med boxes for 12.xx each box
