Just a heads up, that's not a T5 cover.

 

How do you know that?
Because it looks exactly like every other T5 cover we have had......

I've got the 1982-1992 Camaro GM parts catalog sitting here. That part number isn't listed. Also you can do a Google image search for a thirdgen Camaro T5 dust cover and compare the photos of used parts that have been shared on this forum and see they're different. Finally, you can look on that website you linked, and it says that part fits 1982-2002. I hate to break it to anyone, but the T5 wasn't available in 1982. The 4spd cover won't fit a T5, and a thirdgen T5 cover is not remotely close to the cover on an LS1. The website is wrong.

I'm not trying to cost someone a sale, but if I didn't say something when I know a part is listed wrong, I'd feel a bit guilty.

 

Yet you're interested in buying it? I know it's a T5 cover, unless the 5 I've pulled off the parts cars we had all had the wrong cover.

 

 

Here we go again. GM started using this for the T5- read this that was on here.
