I'm pretty sure these are designed as a direct factory bolt in, they have been sitting for a while. They were installed and run for a little bit but was not driven on. Ended up using something else. If I remember correctly it was pretty tight to the steering column and would rub when you turn the wheel. I'm sure you could adjust it but we just used something else.

Edit: comparison pic added below. Looks as if these will push the factory y pipe down slightly but otherwise bolt in.

PM replied. I'm not sure it's a DIRECT bolt in but it does use the factory two bolt flange. Here is a comparison pic. They are slightly longer than factory manifolds.
