This is essentially the AFXRD78 drum to disc conversion kit from Right Stuff, except with axle hard lines and without e-brake cables. I bought this several years ago, put about 500 miles on it, and decided to tear the car apart and rebuild/upgrade everything (including larger brakes in the rear). Light surface rust on both calipers and one rotor; minor pitting on the other rotor (the rotors will clean up fine, but I'll knock a few dollars off the price and the shipping cost if you would prefer to source new ones). The hard lines came from Hawks.

I installed these on a 91 Camaro, but my understanding is that this kit will work on a large variety of GM vehicles (basically anything with a 10 bolt drum rear). You'll need to swap for a disc proportioning valve as well (not included).
