This is a early 90s model Miller Dialarc HF 310 amp ac/dc water cooled tig welder. Machine works great. No foot pedal. High frequency start and continuous. Single or 3 phase capable. Weighs roughly 500lbs. It is way overkill for the small projects I do is the reason I am selling.
