for the 406 im freshening up, dont want stock castings, open to any brand, alum or cast iron, would like runner sizes to be 200-215, 64 cc's preferrably, valves to be around 2.05 but am open to any options, trying to stay on a budget, and if i can get a nice set of used heads or a great deal on new stuff id be happy

Since you are trying to stay on budget, tell us how much are you willing to put on heads.

Otherwise everyone will say AFR 210's

 

price isnt really a issue, but if i could get a deal on a set or some good used ones id like to try that route first

 

i think you just need to buy mine and be done with it
