383 or 400 short block

Car: 1982 Pontiac Trans Am
Engine: 383 stroker 4 bolt roller, juiced
Transmission: b&M th400
Axle/Gears: 4.10 with c-clip elims
383 or 400 short block

hey guys sence my car was busted into the ignition was messed with and they probably got it started just couldnt figure out what to do to get it in gear but the block has a crack in the cylinder wall because the fan switch wasnt on and over heated i guess... better then the whole car gone though...now and its going to be a while till my local machine guy gets around to it... im looking for a 383 or a 400 short block doesnt need a cam or timing chain or anythign just the roatating assembly ive got the rest... trying to find something kinda local if i can im in eastern michigan.. 48059

and if anyone has any big stroke small blocks they have given up on or need to get rid of im open for that too...

I have a 400 chevy complete but could break it down for you. std bore, forged pistions eagle rods, 465 -4.79 cam gm alloy fastburn heads, harland rr all top of the line stuff have reciepts, 770 holley new disssy, performer rpm intake , all arp hardware $4,000 gets it on your door step just step just spent 6,500 on it. 9.8-1 comp

I have a 406 dart little M block with callies crank, billet rods, JE pistons.
I will separate it from the AFR 210 heads if the price is right.

Ive got a 383 assembled shortblock:
- 87+ GM roller 4 bolt main block
- Internally balanced
- 1 piece Rear Main Seal
- 4340 forged Eagle Crank
- 4340 forged 6.0" eagle H - beam rods
- SRP lightweight -5cc forged flat top pistons (11.1:1 w/ 64cc)
- King Allecular bearings

considering selling the 406 I have .480/.480 cam flat tappet 10.14 comp. 5.565 rods stock 400 crank all machining done and motor together but not started. maching was $1300 minus about $60 for drilling steam holes in the heads. and I paid $500 for the donor block. looking for $1000 negot. this is with no heads or intake. it is an 817 casting stronger than the 4 bolt main blocks. LMK
