hey i am looking for a 9 bolt posi rear end with drum breaks and a 3:42 or 3:23 gearset in it , to replace the 10 bolt in my '91 z28 I bent the axels and trying to find them is more difficult than finding a whole new rearend and the 9 bolts are much stonger. thanks.

9 bolts are 3.27 or 3.45 or 2.77 gears

good luck finding a 3.45 geared one though.

ive got a 9 bolt that i broke the gears in they were 3.73, there are no brakes on it now but it was a disk rearend 60.00 im in oklahoma

How did you eliminate the C-clips in a 9 bolt?

was wondering that myself considering THEY DONT HAVE THEM.

P.S. 9-Bolt axles are bolted to the axle flange on each end of the housing - no need for a C-Clip.

AFAIK all 9 bolt rears were disc brake

i have a 9 bolt with 3:91 gears in it and i have an extra set of 4:11 that i will put with it if you want.
