I have a 1982 trans am with a carb. My fuel sending unit float resistor completely fell apart, I need a new sending unit I can replace it with, or use for parts. I do need a carburator sending unit, I am converting the crossfire back to carb (again) so it should be easier to find one. I live at 48045 MI please let me know what you have! If you know if a later model unit will work with my car let me know, I went to the dealership and was told that 82 used a different sending unit than all the later years.

I've got one out of an 82. it was working great when we pulled it out of my friends 82 when we put an LT1 setup in his car.
