I am looking for vortec heads th400 and a 9inch ford rear end. willing to pay $1000 dollars a peice

scoggin dickey sells nice vortec heads for high lift for $550, then swap springs to match your cam and call it a day.
for a TH400 call local trans shops they should have them laying around.
