I fabricated myself a 4" catback, but it had no muffler and only a single 4" outlet.
I could build another and sell it to you for $350 plus shipping... I could also build it with a muffler. Since 4" mufflers are expensive and it would be a little harder to fabricate it would prolly run you about $500. Let me know what muffler you want, or let me choose for you (cough dynomax cough)

I can get pics. It still looks brand new after I put a couple thousand miles on it since summer time. the pipes are really thick galvinized steel from a diesel truck shop and all mandrel bends. I TIG weld with stainless filler rod.
Hangers will most likely be 4th gen style
with the dual outlets the materials get more expensive. It would be easiest for me if you had that spintech muffler sent to me. how does $425 plus shipping plus muffler sound for a complete cat-back?
--------------
Single 3" cat is no problem. I've never seen a 4" cat, but if you can find one I can fabricate something. I have a custom dual 3" cat setup on my car, but that was such a pain in the butt to fabricate I would want $150-200 for just my labor. I could put 4" ends on a 3" cat too.
My brother has the 4" muflex with spintech and stainless tips... I'm sure you can figure out how much he paid. So I decided to build my own and save some money, but 4" pipe is expensive. Those mufflex stainless tips are really cheap and ugly too.
I like the single 4" pipe out the back (like on my car). Plus, it makes the system easier and much cheaper to build. The cats quiet it down too much, even WITHOUT a muffler. However, that spintech muffler sounds pretty decent behind my brother's 383 LT4 with no cat.....
