WTB manual steering box

any one have a good working manual steering box that would fit into a 3rd gen?

Just look for a mid 80's S-10 manual steering box. I just went to Autozone and asked for one for an 85 S-10.

I can't remember how much the box cost, its been too long. Its not too bad street driving with it, you can definately tell a difference though. Going down the road its not much different. Its most noticable at low speeds, like turning into a parking spot, its a lot harder to turn. I don't mind it on my car since its just a weekend street/strip car but I doubt I would want a manual box on a daily driver.

well as of now i only have a power steering box in my car with no power steering pump and driveing like that is a big PITA i look like a sailer behing the wheel trying to steer that thing
