I'm starting to look around to see what is out there and hopefully something that is close to me.. I live in Eastern TN and have a 92 RS with the 305 TBI engine in it.. the car has 269K miles on it and I'm eventually going to upgrade this into a TPI car with the 350..
I am looking specifically for a good clean roller motor 5.7L 350.. say 89 and up... I would like to find a complete motor if possible. Mileage is probably not going to be too much of an issue, since I will probably be rebuilding it... but if it doesnt need to be, thats just an added bonus...I'd prefer an L98 motor, but as long as it is a roller engine I'll consider it...has to be those years if possible since I intend to keep the serpentine belt setup...

If you're still looking in a few months, I should have the TPI out of my wife's 92. Odo says 137K miles, but it was rebuilt by a previous owner at some point. Good luck with the hunt

 

Keep me in mind when you do pull that engine out... You're not too far away from my area....give me an idea of what you would want for the engine... it's something that I would definately consider....
