Looking for a complete 305 TPI engine swap. I need everything so the more you have the better. If it has a 5 speed I need that also. Prefer near NE Ohio. Let me know what you have. Thanks.

 

hi i have a 1989 trans-am gta original i just put a 350tpi in about 5years ago and it has been sitting for about 3years motor has less then 10,000 miles on it car needs a little tlc like paint and some minor interoir work i just want to get rid of it because it just sits i live in north florida i have pics of car if you want to see them the car runs and drives just need a fuel pump..if you are not interested and you no someone i am asking 900.00 for it..e-mail me at mkemp5@cfl.rr.com

 

Hey man, I've got a 305 TPI engine out of an 87 Formula. I'd sell you the block and the heads and everything else minus the intake mani and the TPI system, as I will need that for my 350. Only problem is this motor spun the number 1 and 2 rod bearings so the crank would need some work but it's reusable. I've got some pictures of it in the for sale forums titled "305 block and heads for sale in northeast indiana."

Where exactly are you at in NE Ohio?

Edit: Also, I'm not sure how many miles are on the engine as this wasn't the original motor for that Formula.

 

Hey, not really interested in the Firebird. Thats a good deal and I would probably jump on it if I were closer but getting it back to Ohio would be expensive.
I am in Painesville, Oh. Its about 30 min. east of Cleveland. I'll check that motor out, but I think I am going to try to find a complete running motor first.
I may be willing to trade LT1/ LT4 motor/ swap parts from my car for an engine also. I am removing everything from the car in my sig to return it to stock drivetrain for Camaro Mustang challenge eligability. Let me know.
