ed quay sells a tie rod kit which is pretty much the same as Baer's bump stter kit. it is part # 100-7000 for $98.95

that kit requires you to drill out the spindle, it doesn't use tapered shafts like the ball joints use or other kits, id rather not do that.

I've talked to a few people about them because I really didn't like the idea of doing that either but they said it is no big deal and they work great. but yeah I would like the taper ends too, but I will probably use them for the price I haven't heard anything bad about them.
