need flywheel asap

Alright. I'm about to start building my motor and whatnot. but i still don't have a 153 tooth flywheel to fit an (010 casting) sbc 2pc rear main with a T-5. If anyone has one, seriously. I need it. tell me how much your asking and where you care, cause it has to be shipped to Toronto, Ontario. I'm not particularly keen on buying one that has to be machined just to save time and I don't even know how much it costs. I've only got so much time left in the summer before I have to run off to school and I wanna drive my car!

Also, if anyone has the accessory brackets for Vbelt alternator/pspumps, and the bolts. I need those too.

P.S. I need the bolts to bolt the flywheel on the crank, and the pressure plate to the flywheel.

Re: need flywheel asap

I walked into Advanced Auto parts and ordered one for about $70

Might be the best/quickest way to go

You might also want to snag a serpentine setup, and ditch the v-belts. Thats just my opinion though

good luck

Re: need flywheel asap

I was debating the serpentine vs V-Belt for a while. I figure since i'm only running a water pump, alternator and ps pump, theres no need for that other half of the bracketry and tons of random pulleys. the V-Belt will look cleaner. also, my engine is from '69 so i don't even know if the brackets will bolt onto it.

as for the flywheel, theres no advance auto zone up here in Canada. I'll have to call and check but when i saw flywheels going for 400+ USD on summit I sort of abandoned the idea of buying a new one.
