Hello I am on the hunt for the cluth cones that go inside the 9-bolt Borg Warner Differentials. I have a 89 iroc z-28 that has this set up in it the ring gear is a 2.77 if that matters at all. It only does a one wheel peal and everyone has told me that the clutch cones are bad in it. Does anyone know where i can buy new ones at, if there even still around. or does some one has a set laying around and are willing to sell them?

i bought a set last year from 9bolt.com it took a while to get them

but.......

dont just get them
take the carrier out and inspect it if your old cones tapered edge wore out the carrier itself (bottomed out=typical) you are dead in the water
if its only lightly grazed your ok ...thats how mine was
you can machine the cone and shim it to your liking and get your "posi" back

 

I am parting out 2 carriers each with machined cones in great shape... If anyone needs any parts, feel free to ask.
