My current 700 R4 (from '89 formula) is on its way out and I'm looking to replace it with a T56. Would need everything to do with the conversion;
T56 tranny,

clutch
flywheel
clutch master and slave cylinder
clutch fork
clutch/brake pedal assembly
shifter
shifter boot
speedo signal converter

Im located in canada (ottawa) so no matter what it pretty much has to be shipped, but I would be willing to drive across the border for pick up if the shipping within the states is significantly cheaper.
