WTB 350 Block

I am looking for a post-86 L98 350 engine Block in good condition. I want the bare block but will buy short block if it's in good condition. Let me know the price and details; I will buy first reasonable offer. I will pay shipping (if not ridiculous) or pick it up if close enough.

Thanks for looking,
aweTastic

I've got a 98 Vortec 350. It's built though. $800 worth of high quality machine work...vatted, decked, bored .040", honed, line bored, shot peened and polished rods resized, fresh crank, balanced, new cam bearings. Mahle pistons and rings, Clevite main and rod bearings. Reciepts available. 0 miles. $1100 plus shipping.

In the picture it looked like the motor wasn't set up for a full roller valve-train and I specifically remember there being an issue with how the head bolts lined up between years but maybe I'm getting the last part mixed up with the intake. If it will work then I'm still interested. I'm just covering all my bases cuz I'm not a pro at this lol

I'm not looking for anything already built; I have a whole set-up ready to be put in once I get the block. Thanks though.

Re: WTB 350 Block

Heads will bolt up I just had someone in my shop(one of my employees argue with me about this for 2 weeks lol)

I finally took a 91 Camaro Roller 305 from my old 91 RS and pulled it out

put in my bay cleaned painted put new rings/bearings ect in it and then I just put mid 70s heads in it with Eddy intake and carb no problems

The heads had different angle after 86 on the intake and then vortec motors didnt have center holes on intake

As for Roller set up just buy a roller cam/lifters for the pre 86 motor and it will all be the same
