TPI wiring harness and computer/prom

I need a complete wiring harness for my 1989 IROC-Z as well as a 350 prom for my 350 vortec swap. I live in the 44135 area and I'm willing to pick anything up from within the state. Think you guys could do anything in the $200-$250 range? I could really use the help. Thanks in advance.
