I am looking for an ecu for my '91 Trans Am,TPI,T-5...stock,stock,stock!No mods please...I need one and don't want to have to go to the zone and get one of those overpriced ones...thanks

 

are you just needing a 1227730 ecm ?

 

I believe so,I need the prom to go with it because it has a hypercrap chip in it from a previous owner...I cant read the # on the ecm because its kinda wore off but I'll post a pic of it..I heard that the 305 tpi with the T-5 was a hard one to find so idk...I'll try and post a pic of it

 

That is a 1227730 ECM . I have several of those ecms and memcals. I will look and see what I have for Memcal options and pm you in the morning.

Some of your better parts stores will have GM remanufactured ones. To give you a ballpark price, last month, I paid $150.00 with my core.

 

i have a brand new gm ecm but it does not have a chip if you need a chip i have a computer from a 91 z28 305 tpi 5-speed with the stock chip in it, 47k car that was totaled

 

What are the numbers on the computers?Both of them,I was told I only needed the ECM but pm me a price both ways and the service number on the computer.do you have any pix?Thank you
