Wanted: 1982-83 Z-28 ram air aircleaner for Quadrajet
I'm looking for the aircleaner lid with rubber seal for the 1982-83 fiberglass air induction hood. Not the one for the Crossfire Injection. Please email photo and price to davecww1@gmail.com

Does this part exist for a Camaro hood? I know the glass hoods were functional on the CFI cars, but never heard of a carbed Z28 with a functional hood from the factory. I have seen this part for Firebirds, but that's a totally different hood setup..

I was told that it did, I have one from a Firebird and the opening is off to the side of the air cleaner lid, someone told me that they had one with the opening in the center on the Z-28. But I have never seen one, so it may not exist?

I don't think they exsit, as you could get the daul snorkle air cleaner with the HO motor in the Camaro. The cold air would enter from the front over the head lights.
