I have no use for a actron scan tool.

im looking for a pocket programmer (for burning chips) since mine no longer works. I was helping a friend out and lucky me he brought over some internally shorted chips he got off ebay. now mine is inop. only figured out what happened when his chips were put on a current sensing programmer and it showed every chip he had was shorted

They no longer repair the pocket programmer 2 (the one i have)

Re: Looking for a pocket programmer

i have a moates chip burner (basically the burn 1 - http://support.moates.net/burn1/ ) and a pocket programmer 2 (i'd have to find it) and an eeprom eraser if you're interested let me know and what you're looking to spend.

IMO, forget the PP2 and go with moates gear, its faster, chips are easier to erase and reburn and they don't erase over time if left out in the sun. :P
