84 Trans Am Speedo cable assembly

Hey all,

My speedo cable ate itself, the tube that it runs in completely twisted around itself and broke both the outer shell and cable. So I'm looking for a complete speedo cable assembly from the transmission to the cluster.

PM me if you have one.

I have an 85 t/a I'm parting out. Already has no m/t, but still has the cable and housing. However, the dash is still in, I'm assuming it would have to be pulled to get the cable out?

Yes, the whole thing needs to come out. It detaches from the back of the speedometer. Not sure if they are the same or not from 84-85.
