I am looking for a set of 9 bolt pbr disc backing plates.

 

Most 9-bolt backing plates were the same as those used on all other 82-88 rear disk cars. The 89 9-Bolt was a 1-year deal due to the aluminum calipers so those backing plates are hard to come by. Be sure to get the correct version.
