Manual brake conversion

I'm looking to convert my car to manual brakes this winter and was wondering if anybody had the conversion kit just laying around. I want to see if anyone has one before I just buy a new one.

I have a setup I mocked up but decided to stick with the power brakes.

I have the complete BMR kit, also have a second pushrod, I have a modified brake pedal, and a 24MM master cylinder in addition to the one that comes in the kit. Set up for 3/8-24 lines (3/16" tube). I have about $210 in parts here.

$150 or best offer (+ shipping).
