Re: T5 swap

I have a complete WC T5 swap I just pulled, but shipping would be required due to the distance between us.

From: New England Ct. To be specific.
Car: Got me a nice little '86 Z28.
Engine: A brand new 350 with a forged lower
Transmission: 5 speed, TKO600.
Axle/Gears: 10 bolt 373 modified zexel.
Re: T5 swap

I also did this swap with the 600. Right gear ratio's & all. I used Abacba's swap as a guide. I got a bell housing from Southwest speed for $200 and a hydraulic clutch slave instead of the stock type. Also did the UMI mount and torque arm kit, as the TKO doesn't have the provision to mount the stock arm. Also the shifter extension to place the stick closer to the stock location. BTW, the TKO bolt paaren is the same as the T5, but the stock bell housing is tipped 18 degrees to the left. The trans mount is crooked ans there an adapter would need to be made. Not a real hard swap. And it shifts great. I am quite pleased with the trans.

Re: T5 swap

I have a complete setup flywheel, clutch, shifter, trans, pedals, etc. Pulled from my 88 firebird. I'm in northeast mississippi if that's not too far we can work out a price.
