Been looking for one and not having any luck

 

HAWKS MOTORSPORTS in South Carolina has a harness for a Fireird $350.00...

 

On the right side of this page click on HAWKS THIRD GENERATION

 

They say have them on their website but when you call the don't have any

 

There was someone on here that started a thread posting they had a bunch of camaros they were parting out...that post was in the last month on here...you might want to go back and look at previous post within the last month...if i see the post i will let you ,know...

 

I sold one recently but I think I have another. Ill check

 

I have one out of a 1989 Formula 305 TPI automatic. The pigtail to the dual electric fans has been cut off (sold with the fans, but the rest is in tact with ECM. $250 shipped in USA.

 

Is their any connectors broking or cut wires

 

I can inspect a little closer tonight when I get home, but the only thing I am aware of is the tail to the dual electric fans was cut where it came out of the main harness along the frame rail. It was cut off and sold with the fans.

 

Ok it's going to be a few days to get the cash

 

All wires and end connectors are good except for the fan pigtail (attached picture) and there is a cluster of 5 wires coming out of the harness along the back of the driver side frame rail. I don't see anything on the car that has been cut in that area, so I'm not sure what they go to (see pic). I also attached a pic of the ECU.

 

You need to be specific, 1988 or 1989
they do not interchange.

 

The harness I have available is from a 1989 Formula with 305 TPI automatic

 

The 88 from some of the GTA 5.7 cars had vats and the 89 model year all had vats. So if you want a non vats harness you almost have to get a 5.0 or non vatts 5.7 Camaro or formula. Or change out the dash harness and steering column
