305 cfi swap to a 350

Engine: 355sbc/Demon650dp/hedmanheaders/

Transmission: t-5, alum DS

Axle/Gears: 3.42 torsen posi, baer discs

305 cfi swap to a 350

anybody ever swapped a 350 in place of a 305 cfi and maintain emissions? I have a 83 cfi and it runs reallty well, but i;d like more power and the thought that the corvette cfi was a 350 intrigued me. is it possible..keeping the harness and ECM with perhaps a chip change? Please help out there.
