aahh after searching and reading all morning im sick of it lol now i just want to know if i need to swap dash harnesses to a V8's too... if i can leave the V6's thatd be great. by the way, the V8 is going to be a TBI or TPI and the V6 is mpi.

 

i just took my 305 out of my 87 ta and put it in my 89 2.8 mfpi and i had to change all the wires period, so if that helps you or not

 

if you have MPI right now, i believe it will be easier to swap to TPI than TBI

 

did you swap the dash harness too... like everything everything or just the motor's harness? is the TPI's harness easier than the TBI's or something?
