Fuel pump troubles
Fuel pump troubles
After putting 91 TPI engine that now has a carb into an old car we realized that there is no fuel pump eccentric on the cam! Now what? I don't want to spend big bucks on a new electric fuel pump. Any cheap fixes?

A Carter (Federal Mogul) electric fuel pump
Part# 4594 is under $100 and does not need a regulator
(7psi).. This is enough pump for most street smallblocks.
These carter pumps are more dependable than the holley
pumps, cost less and make less noise. Be sure to use a good inline filter before the pump.
