Could I swap out my stock 265 Multiport in my '91 RS with a stock 350 TPI and still use the 700R4 tranny without any mods or impossibilities? If not then what must I do?

Axle/Gears: 12B-3.73/9"-3.89
If '91s came with 4.3l V6's I'd say "yes". But, since you said "stock", and they didn't come with 4.3's from the factory, I'll have to assume you have a 189 cid V6 (otherwise known as a 3.1l), and therefore the answer is "no".
