Why would ALDL not work after swap??
I swaped my 2.8 for a 350 and now my ALDL does not work, why nothing changed under there but the computer what would cause this, and yes it worked before the swap, any ideas on what to do or what to check?

The ALDL connects to the ecm through the IP harness (instrument panel) its a white/clear connector near the ecm. Make sure its hooked up, and make sure the wiring is the same from the 2.8 to whatever setup you swapped to. It probably is, but I'm not positive so I wont say its the same.

Yeah the conector for the dash is conected, everything elce in the entire car works, gages ect. except the ALDL. Maybe someone could help and tell me what color to what pins for the ALDL conector or where I could find a diagram of that, I figured it would have had to be the same since everything elce works.
