What Engine??
I am thinking about replacing the worn out 305 TPI with a 327. I want the engine to rev high for long periods of time across the vast staight highways in the deserts. I also need it to be streetable. Would the TPI modified with siamesed runners, plenum, and base work well with a custom E-prom?

Yes, that combo could work. A similar 350 could be made to make more power and still rev across the desert just as well, most likely for less money.
More cubic inches to make same power = more streetable.
