I'm in the process of carefully planning and picking out all the right components for my future 350 TPI swap and have a quick question regarding emissions. Living in CA, emissions is very important, so is a LT4 "Hot Cam" emissions legal? I've done some searching, but haven't found a definitive answer. Who has passed emissions with a LT4 HC and was it any problem at all??? Thanks for the info...
