350 swap questions

hey i'm new here and got some questions on 350 swaps. soon i'm going to purchase a '92 camaro rs from a family friend for a relatively low price. the body is in great shape and there are no signs of rust. since i won't be paying that much for the car i'm looking at getting that crappy 305 out and getting a 350. since the rs has a tbi setup, are there any 350 crate engines out there that have a tbi setup and can easily be swapped in? i live in california so i'm also worried about staying emissions legal. anyone know any good crate engines with a tbi setup that should be ca legal?

From: Tallahassee, FL. USA
Car: 92 Camaro RS
Engine: 350 Crate Motor
Transmission: Tremec TKO
Axle/Gears: 10 Bolt 3.73
I'm using the 300 HP 350 crate motor from goautocenter.com
Ordered it with the optional TBI cam (Crane Compucam 2030)
hydraulic roller. I kept my motor TBI, but it required a custom chip, sine it's a 5-speed car. Got the custom chip from Ed Wright at Fastchip.com for $350.
With Headers, a 3" cat, Flowmaster exhaust a Turbo City throttle body and adjustable fuel pressure regulator, my RS has no problem blowing away 4.6L mustangs (even Cobras) and stock 5.0 Mustangs.
The swap requires (minimum) 350 truck injectors, knock sensor and ESC module.
My car also passes smog in CA (with the chip installed) as a 305!
