305 to 350 Swap

I'm currently down to the final days, just needing to assemble my engine. 355 with Camel-Back heads(2.08/1.70 ports), Speed-Pro .125 dome pistons, .555 lift camshaft,Edelbrock Streetmaster intake, and carbueration is to be decided. Do i need to keep the computer in my car after this swap? Will i need to keep for the 700r/4 tranny? I'd like to pull the computer personally but i'm not sure if i need it for anything...Any help would be grateful. Thanks.

The computer isn't doing anything for you without the original CC carb and distributor, including anything for the transmission (all it did there was lock up the torque converter - without the signals from the carb & distributor, it won't do that anymore).
