i dont know what kind of cam it has but i do know that it is a summit cam
vortec heads witha little bit of valve work
performer RPM intake
and if i got the 400 i was gonna just get a performer intake and a xtreme energy cam like 262 or 268 and maybe some light head work........

Depends greatly on what the 400 is made out of. Let's assume for the moment that both motors have the same cam & exhaust.
If the 400 has its stock 70s smog crap heads, then the Vortec motor will slaughter it no matter what else it has or what has been done to those heads.
If the 400 has heads equal to or better than the Vortecs, the 400 will kill the 350. Or, put another way, if you took the same heads & intake and put them on the bigger motor, the cubes will win.
It's all in the heads.
