LO3 to LS1/LS6 Swap
If I were to get an LS1 or LS6 crate motor or complete engine, what else would I need to put it in my 91 Camaro RS? Would I need and sort of adapters? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

You'd need a tranny too. The bellhousing bolt pattern is different. Check out Billy Grahm's Salvage for info. They'll hook you up with everything you need for the conversion. My brother did this conversion (his was 305 TPI to LS1) about 4 years ago and they hooked him up. You'll need to disable the VATS in the LS1 computer, notch your x-member for a/c pump clearance, and wire it in. It's definetly worth the work to put an LS1/6 in, they really move the third gen cars well, and on top of that, it is still a fairly rare conversion so there is the shock factor as well.
