New motor time... (hopefully)

Ok i have been debating on getting a new motor but i don't think i have the skill needed to build my own and it seems to be almost as cheap to have a shop make one. I have been looking at a company called AllChevyEngines. I don't know if anyones heard about them if you have i would like to know if they are a good company or not. I have been looking at their 406 435hp motor, it's $3499 for a complete balanced long block. they also dyno the motor and break it in and send you a video of the dyno wich is pretty cool. but i am thinking if i put this motor in my car i am going to break stuff example the rear will go first it's a open 3.23 stock rear as for the trans i think it might hold it's a 700r4 but it has been rebuilt buy a company called AAMCO i thinks thats how you spell it and seems to be a heavy duty rebuild i can literally feel every shift and sometimes spin the tires when it shift with my little 305 and 275/60-15 rear tires. my question is the motor wort the money? here is the site for the break down of the motor.

http://www.allchevyengines.com/406-435.htm

and what elese will need to be done to prep my car? my plan is to run 12's cause a 12 sec car is pretty fast i think. 12 secound cars will just about out run anything you can find around where i live.

thanks for any help and sorry i made this so long.
