What 305 to 350 parts are interchangable
Hey I would like to build a 350 in the future, and I am wondering what parts I could use of my LG4. Things like oil pan, pickup, and timing cover

Timing cover, pickup, no problem.
Pan depends upon type of engines - one-piece or two-piece rear main seal. They have to be the same type, or the pan won't transfer.
Oil pumps are too cheap to risk reusing an old one. Always put a new one on a new/rebuilt engine.

Dosent the crank, the connecting rods, camshaft, Intake Manifold, exahust manifolds (headers), Heads, and other mechanical pieces, included oil pump, oil pan.
I think almost everything but a sensor or two, and the pistons-rings.

But why would anyone want to reuse any of those things (crank, pistons, etc.) from a 305 in a 350? Not a single factory 305 was really ever built for oustanding performance and so a person would be better off to just go get aftermarket parts.

I'm plannin on getting a short block from wheeler motor sports. Just small things that add up to alot in an engine buildup that I would like to reuse.
Crankshafts and rods are same pieces from either motor, unless you are talking about a forged crank.
When I used to work on dirt track cars, we would use production 305 crankshafts in the street stockers with a 350 block. Still a 350, and the 305 cranks could be bought cheaper because people thought they were junk. only difference in the two engines is the cylinder bore, and thus the block itself and pistons.
