L98 questions
ok im gettin a L98 out of a corvette, i dont get the aluminum heads tho, there is a set of 305 "081" cating heads on it, that will be ported out, i need a suggestion on a cam for it, it will be carbed too, with 1.52 ratio, crane magnum roller tip rockers, i also need a suggestion for a intake and carb combo, the car is daily driven. and i soon plan to get some longtubes headers, thanks, any info will be appreciated.

That's a pure oversimplification. Ported, large valves, chambers unshrouded, with thick composite head gaskets, and proper valve springs to match the cam, of course, they'll be fine.
You also asked this question on the carb board. I assume you checked the responses there.

Why would you want to start out with an inferior set of heads for an otherwise good engine? As long as you're spending the money to put a new motor in a car, do it right. Get some 350 heads and have work done on them.
