did a search... now have a question about 305-350 swap.

i found that all i really need is "new injectors" and a "350 knock sensor"

but that doesnt make sense, how can the ECU know that its got bigger injectors and is working with a 350 and and and...

does it make sense? what if the 350 is modded a bit? i know ECU programing can help, but what if its SO modded I need even BIGGER injectors and a 2BAr MAP or somthing. can the ECU handle that stuff?

It's a simple matter of maximum air flow vs. maximum fuel delivery capability. For "normal" driving, the 305 injectors would be fine. In fact, you can bump up fuel pressure (via adjustable fuel pressure regulator) and 305 injectors will be able to deliver the additional fuel required of a 350 under power conditions. It's only when you get into increasing the air flow capability of a 350 that 22 pounders are required, and significant modifications have to occur before larger than that are required.

You did not say it was a TBI 350- so forget the Post.

its a tbi setup sitting on the 305. i was thinking like 65 PPH injectors. 85 PPH with a blower. can the stock ECM handle a 2 bar map?
